T-4 NSA Evaluated Degausser for Hard Drives

Brand New Digital Performance Verification has been added to the T-4!! The T-4 now has an LCD screen and internal sensors to report field strength of each cycle. The T-4 is now available with a LCD and internal gaussmeter. The built in meter guarantees consistent performance by reporting the magnetic field strength of each cycle on a 32 character LCD screen. With its patented technology, the T-4 automatically produces two pulses during each cycle (one positive and one negative) and both are measured and then reported numerically for the operator. The blue display screen also provides a cycle counter and status display.

This new feature GUARANTEES that your degausser is performing to NSA and DOD standards every time and eliminates the requirement of older designs which require separate instruments to check field strength and/or recertification programs.

The T-4 Degausser for Computer Hard Drives and High Oersted Media is a degausser engineered to erase high-Oersted computer hard drives and high-Oersted tape cartridges. The T-4 produces a bi-directional field which provides a 20,000 Gauss positive field and a 20,000 Gauss negative field.

This new degausser has received NSA evaluation and complies with DoD requirements for destroying classified information on magnetic media. input slot. The T-4 is manufactured in the USA in ISO 9001 certified facilities and is built to last. However, if a problem occurs with your unit under normal operating conditions we will repair your T-4 at no cost to you. The T-4 warranty is a full parts and labor warranty. We will have a trained service technician inspect the unit onsite where available. If you are outside of a service area we will cover shipping to have your unit inspected and repaired. We gladly provide shipping materials for free if you do not have the original packaging.

The T-4 Degausser offers patented new degaussing technology with NSA evaluation to provide the highest rated gauss rating on the market today. The degausser’s user-friendly input system provides effortless loading of various sized hard drives and tape media without the need for adapters. Simply slide the hard drive or tape cartridge into the opening, push the start button, and it emerges completely erased. As the very high gauss rating is several times stronger than the read/write heads in a hard drive or tape drive, this degausser is more efficient and much faster than software-based erasure programs. Since it does not rely on software, the T-4 also has the ability to erase failed or damaged hard drives and tapes, completely and permanently, regardless of the operating system.

Easy To Use
This easy-to-use unit features simple on/off operation with the push of a button and a very simple input slide. Simply slide the media into the unit, press the button, and your media will slide out the output slide degaussed. It features convenient table-top or floor operation.
