Best Warranty in Industry
For items that we regularly carry in stock, we will swap out your unit with another machine immediately! This means you have another working machine quickly and do not have to wait for your machine to be returned to the factory, repaired, and then returned to you. You pay to return the defective unit to us, and we pay to ship you the good unit. You can use the new unit’s packaging to return the defective unit to us. This saves you time and money, and increases productivity. You do not have to wait two or more weeks for your unit to be fixed and then returned.

We offer depot repair on all items. You pay to ship your unit to a location where it will be repaired, and we pay to ship it back to you.

Generally a machine will have a 90 days to one year manufacturer's warranty. Extended two- and three-year warranties are available on most units.

Optional on-site maintenance is also available.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders on your company letterhead.

Store Orders
Shipping charges are quoted directly on the product page for shipping within the contiguous United States. We will add this amount to your order when you order via the store.

Please call us for an international or non-contiguous U.S. shipping quote. For overnight or 2-day shipping, please call for quote. If you place your order via the store without calling first, when we receive your order, we will contact you to verify the shipping charges before we charge your credit card.

We take a variety of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Same Day Shipping
We stock most items and will ship them the same day we receive your credit card order or purchase order.

GSA Pricing
We offer GSA pricing on our line of shredders and destroyers. On all other units, we offer special government discounts.

As our Web site accepts commercial-pricing orders only on these units, GSA pricing orders should be placed via telephone.

Rental Units
Rental units require credit cards so we are assured you will return the unit. Some units are available for rental on a per-week basis. All other rental units are available on a per-month basis. If you would like to rent a certain unit and do not see a rental price quoted on the Website, please call us and we’ll let you know if that unit is available for rental.

Remanufactured Equipment
Typically, our remanufactured units are units that have been pulled from our extensive rental line or rental units that have been sent back to the factory for reconditioning. They are all in like-new working condition and come with a new machine warranty.

Reseller Friendly
We encourage resellers and offer excellent support. Let us provide you with complete information about our products and help you craft the most targeted sales pitch for your end-user.

We welcome inquiries for distributors in other countries.

International Orders
We have local distributors in many countries. If we do not have a distributor in your area, we will sell to you direct. Please contact us for information on a distributor in your home country.

For all international orders, we require a wire transfer. We must receive payment in full before shipping your order.

Returns
Should you purchase a unit and later decide you don’t want it, we charge a 25% restocking fee. *Some special order items and heavily used hard drive destroyers cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Should you purchase a unit and discover it is not right for your media erasure needs, return your unit to us and we will apply 100% of the purchase price of your original purchase toward an exchange.

Buy Back
We purchase previously-owned equipment in order to provide refurbished and rental machines. If you have any used equipment you would like to sell, please contact us.
