With Data Devices International, Inc., you are guaranteed quality service. Our aim is to do the best job we can to meet your needs.

SHIPPING

As we carry most of our items in stock, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer overnight delivery. When we quote overnight delivery, we mean that our product will be on your doorstep the next day.

UPS is our preferred carrier. Generally, we quote UPS shipping, which we send via GROUND (unless otherwise arranged), and this takes up to 5 business days for shipment within the contiguous US. Shipping prices listed within this site are for UPS ground within the contiguous United States and will be added to your order total.

Please ask for quotes for overnight, 2nd or 3rd day shipping via UPS, or for shipping in the non-contiguous United States.

For international orders, please request quote if you’d like to pre-pay freight. Or, we can ship using your preferred freight carrier at your cost.

International orders for hand-held items are generally shipped via U.S. Postal Service via Priority or Express Mail. Please contact us for a quote.

PAYMENT

Data Devices is pleased to accept payment on your order via credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.

If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card number online, please call us and we will be happy to take your order via telephone or fax.

We DO accept PURCHASE ORDERS on your company letterhead.

We beat the competition. All items are guaranteed! Our policy maintains that if you are not satisfied with your new machine, ship it back to us and we will be happy to either replace it with another that will better suit your needs or give you a refund less a 25% restocking charge. Special order machines may not be returned. We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your product; if not, ship it back to us for exchange or a 75% refund of your purchase price (excluding freight). That is our commitment.

PURCHASE, RENT OR LEASE

Not interested in purchasing a machine, but in desperate need of erasing that stockpile of used tapes or hard drives? Consider renting or leasing the machine that is right for you. Data Devices sells, rents and leases machines, and we offer refurbished machines to meet low budget requirements. We work with you to find the right solution for your budgetary requirements.

WARRANTY

Degaussers carry a one year warranty, with optional extended three year warranty. Tape cleaners and certifiers carry a 90 day warranty with optional extended warranty for on-site service or depot repair. CD equipment comes with a one year warranty and optional extended two or three year extended warranty. The warranty period on our shredders and destroyers varies on a per unit basis - please contact us for specific information.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Should you encounter a problem with your machine during its life span, simply ship your machine back to us and we will take care of the problem at our repair depot. We also offer an extended warranty for two or three years, and you will be sent another machine if your machine fails during the warranty period. Yearly on-site or depot repair maintenance contracts are available to service your machine right in your office or in our factory.
