The MVR-SSD has a large versatile crushing chamber that allows it to destroy, disable and render inoperable, without any special adapters, a variety of miniaturized electronic devices and data storage media including USBs, PDAs, cell/smart phones, laptop HDDs and circuit boards. It will also crush and disable a limited number of computer HDDs

The MVR-SSD utilizes a proprietary 20 Ton (40,000 lbs.) MediaVise hydraulic crushing platform fitted with a pair of patented crushing plates with arrays of 187 interlocking razor sharp hardened steel teeth. The crusher doesn't simply bend SSDs leaving chips intact; it chews them with up to 187 teeth piercings of the SSD media. Fragile ceramic memory chips and controllers are punctured, crushed and serrated on both sides, in less than 30 seconds, including automatic debris ejection and containment.

The MVR-SSD is designed specifically for sanitization of SSDs.

Simple, user friendly, 2-step, automated operation: 1) insert drive, 2) press crush. Device is crushed and ejected into a safe debris storage drawer. User never touches hazardous debris.

The MVR-SSD has a noise suppression to 65db which is much quieter than the 85db threshold acceptable to OSHA for workplace

HEPA Filtration system traps any potentially harmful airborne particulates from the crushing and shattering of circuit boards, electronic components, and silicon-based memory and integrated circuit chips.
The machine is covered by a free one year warranty.
The MVR-SSD chamber can hold Up to 5.75” x 1.25” x 4” (H x L x W). Depending on their sizes, up to 2 smaller SSD devices or 2 laptop HDDs at a time may be crushed provided they fit easily in the crusher (do NOT force in).

Media Destroyed	Dedicated SSD destroyer (no adapters required), cell phones, circuit boards, memory chips. The MVR-SSD will also crush computer HDDs making them inoperable, however, this application is recommended only for emergency destruction of HDDs, and only in limited numbers as the hard metal casings of HDDs will quickly dull the sharp pyramidal teeth of the MVC-SSD.
