The Model FD 8502CC combines the latest electromechanical technology to destroy U.S. Government records.

The Formax FD 8502AF AutoFeed Office Shredder features a dedicated AutoFeed Hopper which allows users to load up to 175 sheets, press start and walk away! No more standing in front of the shredder, hand-feeding small stacks of paper one after another. The AutoFeeder has a capacity of up to 175 sheets, up to 11” x 17”. The Standard Hand-Feed Hopper accommodates 22-24 sheets at a time, with a 16" wide throat.

The FD 8502CC Cross-Cut model can shred up to 35 feet per minute, with a shred size of only 5/32" x 1-1/5".

This is a high volume, heavy-duty shredder and is recommended for a department of 8 - 10 users per day. A mixed bag of waste, including paper, printout, paper clips, staples, and light volume plastic (such as credit cards and identity badges) of 400 - 800 lbs. per day can be fed intermittently throughout the workday (depending on density). As an added bonus, the cost of supplies (oil and bags) is dramatically lower than competing models, so your cost of operation in future years will be extremely low.
