Place a disc on the spindle, select the pad number close the door, and push "Start." The door opens automatically when the process is finished. Then select the next lower pad number until the disc is completely polished.

This compact tabletop unit is neat, clean, quiet and very easy to use. It is ideal for video rental stores, libraries, disc resellers, disc repair services, corporations, government, military, or any user requiring the restoration of CDs or DVDs.

The unit is quick and efficient, fixing most discs in 3 minutes or less. Input and output water sources are first connected to the unit. The user identifies the type of scratch needing repair, from a deep gouge to a light abrasion. The wet process removes even the deepest scratches quickly. The exclusive Flat Polishing Technology allows repeated repairs without distorting the disc surface. The LCD touch-screen panel alerts the user when each pad needs to be replaced. Pads are good for approximately 50 discs. Each pad is color-coded and very easy to install. Please note that the "Sanding" pad #5 cannot be used on DVDs.

Replacement pads # 2, 3, 4 or 5 come in boxes of 10 and cost $35.00 per box. The #1 polishing pad costs $75.00 for a box of 10. The compound is $15.00 per bottle (with each bottle lasting for approximately 500-1000 discs).

Hands-Free Disc Repair! The operator selects the pad required for the type of scratch to be removed. When the cycle is complete, the machine opens for inspection and the operator selects the next lower pad number until the disc is completely repaired.
