The HSM ShredStar level 3 X5 Deskside Cross-Cut Light-Duty Shredder is a professional, light-duty cross-cut paper shredder that is designed for shredding small quantities of paper in a home office or small office.

The ShredStar X5 shreds 5 sheets of standard letter paper in a single pass. This unit does not process paper clips, which can damage the cutting mechanism. Its sturdy drive mechanism is not damaged by paper clips and staples. This is a cross cut shredder that produces a 4mm x 38mm particle size.

This convenient deskside shredder features a toggle switch for on, off and reverse functions, an LED stand-by indicator, automatic start/stop function, constant operation switch and reverse switch. The 16 liter removable waste container fill level is displayed through an inspection window.
